Application tips

Make your application count:
It goes without saying - the quality of your initial online application depends entirely on the effort you put in your application responses. The online application should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and your answers will help highlight your passion, enthusiasm and interest for the role and in our organisation.

Stand out from the crowd:
When applying to Impetus, it is important to note that we assess your skills and experiences from your online application and resume to match our key selection criteria. Remember, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all resume, therefore it is imperative you tailor your resume to our position description.

Highlight your personal accomplishments:
As we accept applications from all degree disciplines, we acknowledge that some applicants may not have previous consulting experience. Current or past retail, volunteer and internship experiences can help improve your resume appeal. It is important that you identify key skills you acquired and explain how they can transfer to a project consultant position at Impetus in your application.

We hope these tips were helpful and provided you with an insight into what our recruitment team are looking for. All the best with your application and we look forward to reading your application!
