Community Action Forum (CAF) is a diverse group of concerned health consumers who act as advisors to the board on matters and issues from a consumer/community perspective. It advocates on behalf of consumers, strengthens communication between consumers and GPs, and acts as a conduit for information sharing between consumer groups to the Board and GPs. CAF has a maximum membership of ten, which includes one director. People, who work, attend a GP or live in north west Melbourne are eligible to become members.
