Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited

AGPAL is an independent, not-for-profit body that aims to improve the quality of health care provided to all Australians. AGPAL accredits Australian general practices. It has recently developed Accreditation Pro which is an online internet based program. On completion of all the modules the practice is assumed to be ready for their survey visit.

Quality in Practice accredits Australian optometry, physiotherapy and medical imaging practices.

GPA ACCREDITATION plus

Accreditation through GPA ACCREDITATION plus provides a modular program, including audited feedback; that provides a guide for practices as they prepare for accreditation.

Each Practice is assigned its own Quality Accreditation Manager to provide support and answer questions about the standards and assist with the process.

GPA is the only accreditation program itself accredited by JAS-ANZ – Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand to rigorous standards established by the profession.
