Governance

Progressive Primary Health is a company limited by guarantee. The Board is elected by the members to oversee the overall functioning of the organisation. It was formed on 12 January 1994. The impetus™ trademark was lodged for registration in March 2008. 

Strategic Plan

The impetus™ Strategic Plan was developed in 2007. It is reviewed on an annual basis.

Terms of Reference

All committees and board positions have terms of reference. 

Board and Committee Meetings

The Board meets a minimum of 5 times per year. Board committees meet in between Board meetings.

The Board has established an extensive range of policies and procedures.
